Candace Mackey is a powerhouse in business systems strategy and personal transformation. As CEO of Strong Futures Services, she helps visionary entrepreneurs and organizations streamline their client journey, automate backend operations, and craft meaningful connections with the people they serve. Her unique blend of
corporate experience and heart-centered coaching makes her a sought-after speaker, trainer, and consultant.
With over 30 years of experience in project and program management — including leadership roles at Toyota Financial Services and GoDaddy—Candace has led teams of hundreds and developed training systems that save organizations thousands annually.
Today, she brings that same clarity, structure, and innovation to the world of small business and education through her systems workshops, live event consulting, and team development services.
In addition to her work with businesses, Candace is the creator of the S.W.A.G. decision-making model —a transformative framework rooted in Self-Awareness, Wisdom, Acceptance, and Grace. She uses it to guide parents, young adults, and professionals toward more confident choices and meaningful relationships. As a former teen mom turned multi-faceted entrepreneur and mother of three, Candace brings a raw, real, and inspiring approach to coaching and speaking. Her number one priority remains her connection with her children, and she teaches others how to build the same level of trust and respect within their families and partnerships.
